We find out how ready your business is for AI, and where it would pay off most. We look at your systems, test how trustworthy your data is, and confirm we can connect everything. Then you get a written AI plan for your shop.

- Your AI readiness. Where your systems, data and team stand today, and what's holding you back from using AI with confidence.
- AI tools to build first. A suggested list for your shop, ranked by what each is worth, with who uses it and what it answers.
- What to fix in your data. Every mismatch from the last 12 months, priced in dollars, as a fix list for your bookkeeper.
- Who gets what. Access for each person on your team, by role, so everyone sees what they need and nothing they shouldn't.
- Timeline and price. What setup involves, how long it takes, and exactly what it costs to go live.

A ChatGPT or Claude subscription for each person who uses One View. You pay for those directly; they aren't included in our prices. Your bookkeeper stays your bookkeeper.
QuickBooks Desktop
QuickBooks Desktop connects through Intuit's Web Connector, a small tool installed on the computer that runs it. It has an extra setup fee.

How the guarantee is counted
- What counts
- Money you're owed and work never billed, at their dollar value. Yearly savings: hours saved at your loaded hourly rate, plus costs avoided and margin gained from repricing.
- What doesn't
- Bookkeeping corrections that don't move cash, like a payment counted twice. We still report them.
- In writing
- The calculation is written into your agreement before we start.
